The nose opens with lime aromas and a stony, mineral tension. The palate is austere and finely etched, with a compelling, almost severe precision. Yet beneath the structure, a subtle thread of fruit emerges in the finish, adding some volume. A unique blend of 40% chardonnay, 30% gewurztraminer and 30% pinot gris. Fermented in concrete and stainless steel, then aged for 22 months in a combination of foudres and concrete. Drink now or hold.
