This opens up with aromas of white flowers, grapefruit, citrus oil, iodine and stones. The palate has wonderful intensity and a medium body, with pronounced laser-like saline sharpness combined with a stony texture, all very absorbing. This ferments and ages in 60% tanks and 40% 500- to 600-liter barriques. From an almost extinct variety. Drink now or hold.
