Bright yellow with greenish reflections gold. Very fruity, and tropical aromas (pineapple, passion fruit, banana), gives a long aftertaste after upholstering the palate with vanilla, dry your amazing touch. Pairing : shellfish and seafood, pink salmon gravlax , smoked trout, white asparagus, prosciutto, risotto Milanese, spicy hard cheese (Gruyère)

Dried herbs with lemon curd, pie crust, licorice and stone on the nose. Not overly fruity, but it doesn’t lack fruit either. Medium- to full-bodied with a nice mineral tweak to the limpid fruit. Transparent before it turns creamy at the end, with a long but rather subtle finish. A consistent chardonnay that shows excellent quality. Drink now or hold.
Citrus-forward at the start, offering notes of tangerine and tangelo before turning rich. Subtle smoke details meld with apricot pastry flavors at the core, with hints of almond on the vibrant finish. Drink now through 2030. 12,500 cases made, 300 cases imported.
