The interplay of monster power and supernatural freshness give this dark and highly structured Alsace white astonishing stature and presence. Stunning aromas of ripest pink grapefruit, angelica and fennel. So much youthful energy. Full-bodied, but so fresh that you don’t think about alcohol or volume. From biodynamically grown grapes. Drinkable now, but best from 2027.
An exotic, off-dry white, showing a skein of ground cardamom, ginger and baking spices that wind through layers of guava, kumquat and lychee fruit, with accents of jasmine, pastry cream and crystallized honey. Medium-bodied and bright, with a well-defined frame of acidity effortlessly enmeshed in the silky flavor range. Drink now through 2032. 250 cases made, 60 cases imported.
