Golden orange in colour, with delicate aromas of nougat and honeycomb. The palate has a fresh acidity with rich flavours of Seville marmalade and dried apricots enveloping the mouth. These fruity notes are married with sandal wood and all spice flavours. Richly aromatic that tapers into a elegant and endless finish.

A polished mahogany hue, this is reminiscent of tawny Port on the nose, carrying the theme on the palate with a thread of roasted nuts that underscores notes of dried apricot, butterscotch and dried mint. The rich profile is still bright and balanced today by lively, mandarin orange peel acidity, and the finish echoes milled white pepper, white truffle and lemon oil. -- Non-blind Vin de Constance vertical (February 2024).
