Lazzarito Barolo

This shows subtle notes of dried cranberries, violets and wet bricks. Medium- to full-bodied and very well constructed, with bright acidity and a firm tannin structure. Chewy in the finish. Solid and well integrated. Needs at least three years to soften.

Lithe and expressive, this red exhibits strawberry, cherry, floral, menthol and earth flavors. Perhaps lacking the complexity of the best from this vintage, yet still very harmonious and long, with ample fruit gracing the lightly tannic finish. Best from 2027 through 2043. 250 cases made, 25 cases imported.

A pretty red, this features rose, strawberry, cherry, licorice and underbrush aromas and flavors. No pushover, this is also stitched with dense tannins that flex themselves on the long finish. Will be impressive once this comes together. Best from 2027 through 2048. 325 cases made, 50 cases imported.
