This taut version leads with firm green plum, quince, pear and mineral notes. Mouthwatering acidity drives the energy, with bitter herb, celery leaf and chive details joining in alongside dense layers of flint. A chalky, briny, long version, with an austere profile that will open up with time. Shows impressive concentration, with a burst of menthol freshness on the finish. Best from 2025 through 2035.
A firm, smoky, chiseled white, with a vein of fresh and dried green herbs keeping pace with lemongrass and crisp green apple notes. Despite the austere feel, there's some nice weight and power, with salty, leesy notes and hints of toast and brine toward the flinty finish. Drink now through 2030. 400 cases imported.
