Tightly coiled out of the gate, with a dark pink cascade of pomegranate and cassis surrounding a dense core of mineral. Packing heavy power and concentration, this serious rosé will need time to unfurl, but will soon reveal its impressive range. The finish is laced up with wild garrigue and a gentle tug of tannins. Best from 2025 through 2030. 332 cases imported.
With a deep garnet hue, this sticks out. Features a burst of pomegranate, bitter cherry and damson plum fruit notes laced with rooibos tea, with a subtle rosemary echo peeking in on the juicy, energetic finish. Cue the cedar plank-grilled salmon and a late summer sunset (or tuck away in the cellar for a year or two). Drink now through 2025. 350 cases imported.
