A tightly meshed Franciacorta that's creamy on the palate, with firm acidity creating a mouthwatering frame for flavors of ripe melon and nectarine, hints of toasted brioche and grated ginger, preserved lemon and fleur de sel. Clean and minerally on the lingering finish. Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco and Pinot Nero. Disgorged autumn 2021. Drink now through 2027.
