Not an in-your-face gewurztraminer, this is a bit more restrained than many of its counterparts but is still perfumed, showing fresh lychees, orange zest and spices on the nose. Medium-bodied, it’s pretty bone-dry on the palate with higher acidity than most. Quite straightforward without the “sweet coating” to add texture. Bright, zingy finish. From organically grown grapes with Ecocert certification. Sustainable. Drink now. Screw cap.
