Grand Cru Maipo2017

From vineyards at the foot of the Andes, in the Upper Maipo Valley, an area recognized for its high quality Cabernet Sauvignon. Soils over a granitic rock base, with a texture of clay, sand and angular rocks; long, warm autumns, ideal for soft, ripe tannins. Classic fermentation techniques with long skin maceration and pump-overs twice a day. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. A classic Maipo expression: with body, soft fine-sandy tannins and a delicately refreshing acidity. Aromas of prune, cassis and subtle menthol notes.
